Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on www.86hub.shop. The shop is operated by 86HUB LTD, company number 17453651, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@86hub.shop.

1. Who can order

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, the United States, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country (pounds sterling, euros or US dollars) and are the full price you pay: delivery is free and, for the EU and the US, import duties and taxes are covered by our Delivered Duty Paid service. Delivery is free on every order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna). We do not store card details.

3. Your order

You receive an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot fulfil an item, we refund it in full before dispatch.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered by tracked courier in 7 to 15 working days from your order, dispatch included. Some orders can take up to 30 days in busy periods or customs delays. You receive a tracking number by email. See our Shipping policy.

5. Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, by emailing contact@86hub.shop. Return the item unused to the UK return address we provide; for a change of mind, return postage is paid by you. Size and colour exchanges: you pay the return postage and we post the replacement free of charge, if it is in stock. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return. See our Refund policy.

6. Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We repair, replace or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Product information

Colours may vary slightly from photos depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate.

Customer reviews. The reviews shown on product pages were imported from buyers of the same item on another marketplace. We do not check that these reviewers bought from 86hub Shop, and we do not edit their content.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

9. Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
