Cost
Free on every order, in every country. The price you see is the price you pay.
Dispatch
Your order reaches our dispatch warehouse within 1 to 3 working days and is shipped from there. This time is included in the delivery times below.
Delivery time, from your order, dispatch included
- United Kingdom: 7 to 15 working days.
- European Union countries listed above: 10 to 20 working days.
- United States: 10 to 20 working days.
Every order is tracked and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. In rare cases (customs checks, courier delays) delivery can take up to 30 days. If it does, we keep you updated and you can cancel for a full refund at any point.
Where your order ships from
Your order is shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China by tracked air freight.
Customs, duties and import taxes
- United Kingdom: nothing to pay on delivery. The price at checkout is the full price.
- European Union and United States: orders travel on a Delivered Duty Paid service. Import duties and import taxes are paid before your parcel reaches you and are already covered by the price at checkout. You will never be asked for extra money by the courier. If a courier ever asks you for a payment, do not pay it: email us and we sort it out.
Wrong address
If the delivery address is wrong, tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we correct it at no cost. After dispatch we cannot change it.
Order not arrived
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email contact@86hub.shop and we resend it or refund you in full.
