Who is behind 86hub Shop

86hub Shop is the trading name of 86HUB LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17453651. Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

We sell women’s coats, jackets and knitwear to customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

How we work

We choose women’s coats, jackets and knitwear in European styles for value, write every listing ourselves and only publish a piece once we have its fabric composition from the maker. Every order is shipped by tracked air freight from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China and delivered free to the UK, the EU and the US.

Nothing to pay on delivery: in the UK the price at checkout is the full price, and EU and US orders travel Delivered Duty Paid, with import duties and taxes already covered. The courier will never ask you for extra money on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

What we promise

Delivery. 7 to 15 working days, tracked, with the tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. If anything is faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. For a change of mind, return postage is paid by you; for a size exchange we post the new size free. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

Faulty items. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery: full refund or replacement, your choice, at no cost to you. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply.
