Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, tell us in writing at [FILL IN: support email] before the 14-day period ends. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

 

How to start a return

Email [FILL IN: support email] with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive them.

 

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, free of odour, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

 

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, the cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we pay the return shipping.

 

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We refund the price of the goods plus the standard delivery cost you paid.

 

Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)

You have a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your right of withdrawal.

 

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Email [FILL IN: support email] with your order number and photos of the problem. We arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
