How long does delivery take?
7 to 15 working days in the UK, 10 to 20 to the EU and US, tracked the whole way. You get the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
In rare cases (customs checks, courier delays) delivery can take up to 30 days; if it does, we keep you updated and you can cancel for a full refund at any point.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Free tracked delivery on every order, no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
No. In the UK the price at checkout is the full price. To the EU and the US your order travels Delivered Duty Paid, so import duties and taxes are already covered. The courier will never ask you for extra money on delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Email contact@86hub.shop with your order number and we reply with our UK returns address in Stoke-on-Trent and a reference for your parcel. Return postage is paid by you, and your refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us. Need a different size? Send it back the same way and we post the new size free of charge, if it is in stock. If anything is faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we cover every cost.

On each product page, under the images: exact dimensions, materials, what is in the box, and care instructions. If something is missing, email contact@86hub.shop and we answer within one business day.
